Montana Winter

DSC_0041

Red, Green, Yellow twinkling in my sight

Crisp, clear, clean winter’s air

Blankets of white, billowing across the land

Blue skies contrast pure white

Red, green, yellow sparking in the sunlight

Original poem by yours truly, (this was my first ever go at it since being required to write them in high school), photography was inspired by Kay at Kayotic Kitchen.  We finally got some blue skies, after seemingly weeks of snow clouds, I just stepped out and took all the pictures from my front yard.  I hope your winter is as beautiful as mine.

Beautiful poem. And beautiful photographs. Can I just say that you have me yearning to move to Colorado. Right. Now. I cannot want to be in a real winter with snow and icicles. I think I have forgotten what icicles look like. Horrible, right?

What gorgeous photos. Your area looks very Christmasy. We have rain here. I hope you are having a wonderful day. Blessings…Mary
