I’ve been working hard all day today to get ready for Easter and my posts for this week. When I went grocery shopping, what to my wandering eyes should appear? Meyer Lemons, lemony lemons, juicy lemony lemons. What a treat, I mean we just don’t get them here! Maybe things are a changen? Know what that means for you? Oh yeah baby, some lemony recipes coming your way.
It seems like this week is my week to try out some new recipes, guess I am looking for adventure. Maybe getting tired of the tried and true? Nah, just feel like making new and not experimenting (too much). If my efforts are a success you should be seeing Lemon Curd, Lemon Risotto with Aspargus, Rack of Lamb, Easy Baked Manicotti, my favorite dessert of all time, Tiramisu and possibly a recipe that I have created only in my head.
